Limited Edition Crysis 2 CD Key won't work.?

I bought the Limited Edition of Crysis 2 at EB Games. I go to install it, enter the 20 digit CD key on the back of the manual, but get the message "The serial number you entered is invalid."

I don't think I am entering it wrong, it goes xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

Any ideas on whats going on and what I should do? I paid $90 AU for this game, and its given me nothing but trouble.Limited Edition Crysis 2 CD Key won't work.?
Contact the company and complaine, they should fix it. If they don't, try to send it in for another.
