Is the crysis 2 limited edition contents also available to normal edition as well?

is it possible to get the scar hologram and the scar skin in game through unlocking it?

or is it exclusive to limited edition?Is the crysis 2 limited edition contents also available to normal edition as well?
the limited edition is the same price as normal edition actually im not even sure there is a normal edition ...look on gamestop.com
